A face-to-face European meeting on upskilling and reskilling.

The first conference organised by the Automotive Skills Alliance brought stakeholders together in Stuttgart to discuss workforce transformation, skills needs and cooperation across the automotive-mobility ecosystem.

The two-day event combined strategic panels with practical workshops on regional implementation, stakeholder cooperation, skills intelligence and lifelong learning, while creating space for industry, academia, education providers and regions to exchange experience.
